How it Works...

First fill out the 5-minute online Patient Health Questionnaire

The Doctor will evaluate your information, if approved...

You will be given a tentative appointment and instructions for your Telehealth session

You will be provided a TeleHealth internet link for the video session (computer or phone)

After the TeleHealth session your prescriptions will be sent electronically to the pharmacy

Also at the end of the session, you will be given your next appointment time (will receive an email)

After your Telehealth session please take care of your payment obligations prior to medications being sent to pharmacy

Some patients maybe also be required to visit a laboratory to provide a blood specimen

As part of the program you will have access to the physician via phone, email, or video almost 24/7
